Welcome to our custom music production service. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership & Usage Rights

Once the final payment is completed, the client (you) receives full rights to the music, including:

Commercial use
Editing, modifying, or distributing the track
Using it across any platform (social media, ads, websites, TV, etc.)

We only create the music — you own it fully once paid in full.

2. Payment Structure

To begin any custom project, a 50% upfront payment is required.

This upfront payment covers:

Time
Creative work
Production costs

The remaining 50% is paid once you approve and are satisfied with the final track.

3. Refund Policy

Because custom music requires significant time and resources, the initial 50% upfront payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you decide to stop the project after paying the first 50%, the payment will not be returned.

4. Revisions

We offer reasonable revisions to make sure the final track aligns with your vision.

Excessive revisions (outside of the agreed scope) may require additional charges.

5. Delivery

Final files will be delivered after:

You approve the final version
The remaining 50% has been paid

Delivery formats will include high-quality WAV/MP3 unless otherwise requested.

6. Communication

All project communication must be done through the contact information provided on our website. Prompt responses help us deliver your track on schedule.

7. Project Termination

If the client becomes unresponsive for 14 days, the project may be paused or closed. The initial 50% remains non-refundable.

8. Acceptance of Terms

Placing an order on our website means you fully agree to these Terms of Service
